Link of the Week: Eat Grapes, Drink Cocoa to Lose Weight!

Gotta love those studies. This link talks about studies that show that consuming cocoa (at 55% cocoa content or above, and without the sugars and fats) aids in the breakdown of carbs during digestion. Resveratrol, a compound found in red grapes, prevents the formation of fat tissues. Blueberries have been found to assist in the breakdown of fats for removal from the body, as well as inhibit the formation of new baby fat cells in the body.
