Here’s a great trick to remember to eat healthy food: GOMBBS. What’s that, you ask? Ah. It’s an acronym, and a pretty clever one: Greens, Onions, Mushrooms, Berries, Beans and Seeds. Eat these every day, preferably in high quantities, for optimal health.
It is my understanding that the writer advocates a mostly plant-based diet, but I still think there should be an F for fish somewhere…maybe FGOMBBS…or maybe GFOMBBS…oh, I give up. Just remember to eat your fish (or take your fish oils).
