Dr. Mehmet Oz is someone I respect when it comes to sane nutrition advice, so when I saw this list on his website I couldn’t help but share. While I don’t agree with everything on it (jams with sugar? chicken broth?? raw sugar???) I do think it’s an excellent list to take with you while shopping, whether you’re doing low-fat, low-carb, gluten-free, vegan or whatever. This list actually goes really well with last week’s link of the week. Print out both and you’re all set.
