Link of the Week: No Need to Drink 8 Cups of Water Per Day

The Huffpost has an excellent article regarding the myth of dehydration and having to drink 8 cups of water per day. This is something I have known for many years: there is no need to drink 8 cups of water per day (or even close to that) when your diet is based primarily on raw fruit and veggies. Since fruit and veggies contain mostly water, you are hydrated enough. I drink a few cups per day on a regular basis – but I also eat plenty of fruit and at least one salad per day.
