While we’re on the subject of probiotics…turns out there are other foods which contain probiotics besides yogurt. I’ve known about sauerkraut and other pickled vegetables and honestly, didn’t really care because I’m not a huge fan of fermented foods, other than the occasional pickle. What I did not know was that miso and dark chocolate also contain some probiotics. Yay! Here is a great article from Eating Healthy Foods that lists all the alternatives to yogurt.
