Want To Bake, Saute & Roast? The Ninja Cooking System Does It All!

Standard

21CQmxjiI7LOne of the biggest dilemmas that moms today share is how to cook nutritious, home-made meals without sacrificing quality-time with their kids. Moms who work full-time out of the house are usually stretched pretty thin as it is and who wants to spend all their time in the kitchen making dinner when they can be with their kids?! Ever since I discovered the Ninja Cooking System, it has become my secret weapon for making quick & healthy meals while putting in minimal effort.

The Ninja Cooking System is one big pot that enables you to roast, bake, slow-cook or make an entire meal. By using Triple Fusion Heat™ Technology which combines contact heat from the bottom, direct heat from the sides and super-heated steam, meals are made faster, with 50% less fat and are juicier. There is also a stovetop function that enables you to simmer, saute or sear food.

I received the Ninja Cooking System for review and wanted to start out with something simple that requires virtually no effort and that my entire family will enjoy. I made spaghetti with meatballs: I threw in uncooked whole wheat spaghetti, dumped an entire jar of Newman’s Own Marinara Sauce, added water and a package of frozen vegetarian meatballs from Trader Joe’s. I turned it on and left the kitchen. 30 minutes later I had a perfect meal. My husband couldn’t believe how easy it was – the spaghetti was cooked right in the pot – there was no need to dump the water. There was also no need to use different pots and pans or a colander. And I served it right out of the pot! I’m excited to try more complicated dishes now and between us, if I’m making dinner for guests, I don’t have to mention that it took me only 5 minutes to prepare and that the Ninja did all the work. The Ninja won’t tell…
