I try to avoid shopping for my kids at stores because I always have at least one of them with me and it makes shopping a lot more difficult. So I shop online but I don’t always like what I end up with. Laugh Brand has recently launched a program called the Home Dressing Room where you don’t have to go to the store to look for clothes – the clothes come to you and you pick and pay only for what you like. Read on to see how it works.
Laugh Brand has two collections for the Home Dressing Room Program – Girls and Boys. Each collection has 4 tops and 2 jeans (the collection is expected to grow to more items). You pick a collection along with the size (from 2T-8) and the entire collection (6 items) is sent to you. At home you can have your kids try on the clothes and decide which you’d like to keep (you are under no obligation to keep any). You send back the clothes you decide not to keep and get billed only for the ones you like. Shipping and returns is always free. As an added bonus, if you send Laugh Brand a video with your kids wearing the clothes you get a 15% discount. And the really amazing thing is that Laugh Brand itself is donating 30% of the profits for every single item purchased to fight child trafficking and exploitation.
The tops in the collection are all long-sleeved and have a theme. The Girls theme is “world traveler” and features little ballerinas with artwork that portrays various cosmopolitan cities. The theme for the Boys collection is “speed racer” and features vehicles such as a motorcycle and an airplane.
I recently received one of the items from the Girls collection for review – the New York Ballerina Tee. My daughter loves ballet but she can’t wear a tutu every day, especially not to school. Wearing this top gives her the opportunity to stay connected to something she loves so much (and she can still wear it with a tutu if she wants). The shirt itself is very soft. It’s made of 100% cotton and is pre-washed so it doesn’t shrink.
I was not compensated for this post. I received a sample.
