I discovered an amazing new product: Chocolate Powdered Peanut Butter from Betty Lou’s. It’s basically a powder of cocoa, peanuts, stevia, coconut sugar and sea salt. All you have to do is add a little water and mix. You can use it as frosting, a spread, ice cream topping, and anything else that could use a little chocolaty sweetness. I mix is with water, chia seeds and 2 teaspoons of chunky peanut butter for a late-evening snack. Just make sure you don’t add too much water, otherwise it’s too watery and not as sweet. At 40 calories per serving, 4 grams protein, 4 carbs and 4 grams of sugar, this is ingenius! Oh, and it’s also organic and gluten-free. A winner in my book! I found it at my small grocery but you can also get it online.
